Mike
Lawlor, CET - V.P & General Manager,
has worked with MacLean Construction Ltd. for over 20
years and has over 30 years in the construction industry.
During this time he has been accountable for time, cost, and
general overall project performance.
Mike has been responsible for the construction of many
commercial projects such as banks, church's, schools, senior
citizens housing/care facilities and pre-engineered steel
building.
Mike graduated with a Construction Technology Course from
Holland College in 1974 and continued to acquire other
Professional Qualification such as CET (Certified
Engineering Technician, Gold Seal Certification Estimating,
and Atlantic Housing Professional Studies).

Claude Gallant -
Estimator/Project Manager,
has worked with MacLean Construction Ltd. since 1978.
Responsibilities in addition to estimating and project
management include purchasing and contract administration.
Claude is responsible for estimating jobs ranging in size
from small jobs to large projects. In addition to the
estimating Claude is also responsible for project management
on his jobs, which involves dealing with architects, owners
and site personnel. Purchasing and cost control are
also included in his duties.
Claude graduated with a Construction Site Survey course
obtained from Holland College in 1974 and continued to
acquire his Gold Seal Certification Estimating and Atlantic
Housing Professional Studies

Grant MacPherson -
Technical Services Coordinator/ Engineer, EIT,
has worked with MacLean Construction Ltd. since 2005.
Grant is responsible for coordinating technical services and
providing design-built support for Robertson Building
Systems. In addition to being involved in the steel
building area of MacLean's, Grant also does estimating,
purchasing, and project management on other jobs both small
and large in size.
Grant graduated from the University of New Brunswick,
Fredericton in 2004 with a Bachelor of Mechanical
Engineering. He is also a member of the Association of
Professional Engineering of PEI as an
Engineer-in-Training.

Barry Whiteway - CET,
CEC, Estimator/ Project Manager,
has been involved in the construction industry for over 32
years.
Barry is responsible for estimating and project manager for
numerous projects up to a value exceeding 6 million dollars.
Duties include preparing bids, dealing with owners and
architect, scheduling, and dealing with sub-contractors.
Quality control, cost control and purchasing are also part
of his responsibilities.
Barry graduated with a Construction Technology Course from
Holland College in 1976 and continued to acquire his
Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Certified
Engineering Technician and Gold Seal Certification.

Sharon Kelly - Office
Manager,
has worked with MacLean Construction Ltd. since 1979.
Sharon handles all areas of the day to day operations of the
company using her hard work and excellent organization.
Sharon is responsible for all Office Administration,
Accounting using Simply, Payroll Administration,
Monthly/Year End Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliation
and all other office requirements. Sharon has an
awareness and remarkable attention to detail.
Sharon graduated with a Secretarial Degree in 1975 from
Holland College and used her intelligence and initiative to
build up to the level of expertise she maintains today.
